Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent CT-licensed contractor handling your tank work.

Connecticut two-party (all-party) consent

Connecticut is a two-party (all-party) consent state for the recording of telephone communications under CGS § 52-570d. All parties to a telephone call must give consent before any recording may take place. This is a stricter rule than the federal one-party standard and stricter than most US states. Before any call placed through CTOilTank is recorded, the affiliate network's IVR or a live dispatcher provides an explicit recording disclosure at the start of the call. If you do not consent to recording, you may state so on the call and the recording will be disabled or the call routed to a non-recorded line. Civil and criminal penalties under CGS § 52-570d apply to recordings made without all-party consent.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
